VINTAGE PORCELAIN ELEPHANTS SALT AND PEPPER SHAKERS

WONDERFUL PAIR OF VINTAGE PORCELAIN, HAND PAINTED ELEPHANTS SALT AND PEPPER SHAKERS. What a great old pair of porcelain shakers for your table. These are very unusual. Rich, vibrant coloration, one pink one blue. Beautiful detailing into the molds. Little ribbons and flowers around their necks. The set of shakers is in very good vintage condition, free of chips or cracks, as shown in the photos. They measure about 3 1/4" tall. Unmarked on the bottom, most likely "JAPAN", produced 1940's-1950's. This is just one set of a large salt and pepper collection, acquired from a local Chicago estate. What a great addition for your Salt and Pepper collection!!!!!
