VINTAGE PORCELAIN MR AND MRS SNOWMAN SALT AND PEPPER SHAKERS

WONDERFUL PAIR OF VINTAGE PORCELAIN, MR. AND MRS. SNOWMAN SALT AND PEPPER SHAKERS. What great old Christmas decorations. Rich, vibrant hand painted coloration. Beautiful detailing into the molds. They have colorful holly berry and foliage accented hats, scarves, a muff over one of her hands, a pipe in his mouth.. Both shakers are in very good vintage condition, free of chips or cracks, as shown in the photos. Each has a stopper in the bottom. They measure about 3 1/2" tall. Marked on the bottom with the original red and gold paper tags, "MADE IN JAPAN". Produced 1950's.
