GERMAN GLASS NAKED SANTA IN BATHTUB CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT

WONDERFUL GERMAN BLOWN GLASS, NAUGHTY NAKED SANTA CLAUS IN HIS BATHTUB CHRISTMAS TREE ORNAMENT. What an unusual ornament for your tree. He will raise a few eyebrows, and get a few laughs. He needs to relax after his long Christmas Eve journey! Rich, vibrant coloration. Beautiful detailing into the blown glass mold, his hand painted face, his long silver toned, snow white beard, sprinkling of hair on his full chest, the overflowing bubbles in the tub, and his little rubber ducky in his hand, that covers a very vital spot. Don't let him float away, now!!! Vibrant gold mica glitter accents his red hat. Our very relaxed Santa is in very good condition, free of chips or cracks, as shown in the photos. He measures about 6 3/4 long, 3 3/4" tall, 3" wide. Purchased in Germany at a local Kristkindl market. The area where these wonderful ornaments are produced, Lauscha, is the birth place of the classic intricate vintage blown glass ornaments, going back to the early 1900's. The same quality and detailing exists today. He has his paper tag around the metal loop, "ORIGINAL GERMAN HANDCRAFTED ORNAMENTS FROM LAUSCHA". A great novelty piece for the Santa Claus collector!
